White Rice (cooked): 500g
Vegetable Oil: 1 table spoon
Sesame Oil: 1 table spoon
Preserved Olive: 2 table spoon Vegetables (canned)
Mock Char Siew: 100g (diced)
Mock Ham: 100g (diced)
Mushroom: 100g (soaked & diced)
Ginger (chopped): small portion
Mushroom Powder: 2 tea spoon
Soya Sauce: 1 table spoon
Heat wok on high heat, add in vegetable oil and sesame oil.
When oil is hot, stir fry chopped ginger till fragrant, add mushroom to fry.
Add mock char siew, ham and preserved olive vegetables and fry for 3 minutes.
Add in rice and seasonings, continue to fry for another 5 minutes.
