Kang Kong (blanched): 150g
Bean Sprout (blanched): 150g
Green Apple: 150g
Grated Peanut: 300g
Crispy Deep Fried Dough Stick: 2 sticks
Fried Dried Beancurd (Taupok): 4 pcs
Sugar: 2 tea spoon
Bottled Vegetarian Rojak Sauce: 400g
Lime Rind: Small portion
Lime Juice: 2 tea spoon
Ginger Flower: 1 pc
Cut all ingredients into bite size.
Combine all seasonings and mix thoroughly.
Add in all the ingredients, grated peanut and fold evenly.
