Ingredients
Vegetarian Diced Chicken: 250g
Pineapple: 200g
Tomato: 250g (2 pcs)
Cucumber: 250g
Rice Flour: 5 table spoon
Seasonings
Tomato Sauce: 4 table spoon
Chilli Sauce: 2 table spoon
Plum Sauce: 2 table spoon
Sugar: 3 tea spoon
Mushroom Powder: 1 tea spoon
Red Chillies: 2 pcs
Cooking Method
Coat vegetarian diced chicken with rice flour evenly. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry vegetarian diced chicken till golden brown.
Stir fry all seasonings with oil in a wok. Then add in vegetarian diced chicken, tomatoes, cucumber and pineapples, stir fry constantly for 1-2 minutes.
