Vegetarian Sweet and Sour Diced Chicken Recipe

  • Vegetarian Diced Chicken: 250g

  • Pineapple: 200g

  • Tomato: 250g (2 pcs)

  • Cucumber: 250g

  • Rice Flour: 5 table spoon


  • Tomato Sauce: 4 table spoon

  • Chilli Sauce: 2 table spoon

  • Plum Sauce: 2 table spoon

  • Sugar: 3 tea spoon

  • Mushroom Powder: 1 tea spoon

  • Red Chillies: 2 pcs

Cooking Method

  1. Coat vegetarian diced chicken with rice flour evenly. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry vegetarian diced chicken till golden brown.

  2. Stir fry all seasonings with oil in a wok. Then add in vegetarian diced chicken, tomatoes, cucumber and pineapples, stir fry constantly for 1-2 minutes.
