Ingredients
Lotus Root: 200g
Vegetarian Soup Stock: 2 table spoon
Mushroom: 10 big pc
Mock Mutton: 120g
Dried Mandarin Orange Peel: 1 pc
Water: 3 litres
Honey Dates: 2 pc
Seasonings
Mushroom Powder: 3 tea spoon
Peanut: 120g
Pepper: Dash
Cooking Method
Wash and peel lotus root and cut into pieces.
Place all ingredients into slow cooker and cook overnight for 12 hours.
Add seasonings to taste before serving. Serve with rice.
