Lotus Root / Peanuts & Red Dates Soup

Ingredients

  • Lotus Root: 200g

  • Vegetarian Soup Stock: 2 table spoon

  • Mushroom: 10 big pc

  • Mock Mutton: 120g

  • Dried Mandarin Orange Peel: 1 pc

  • Water: 3 litres

  • Honey Dates: 2 pc

Seasonings

  • Mushroom Powder: 3 tea spoon

  • Peanut: 120g

  • Pepper: Dash


Cooking Method

  1. Wash and peel lotus root and cut into pieces.

  2. Place all ingredients into slow cooker and cook overnight for 12 hours.

  3. Add seasonings to taste before serving. Serve with rice.
