Watercress: 400g (2 packet)
Sweet Corn: 1 pc
Mock Mutton: 150g
Red Dates: 6 pcs
Dried Mandarin Orange Peel: 1 pc
Sliced Ginger: 6 pcs
Water: 2 litres
Luohan Guo: Optional (break open and remove quarter of the seed)
Honey Dates: 2 pcs (omit if luohan guo is added)
Mushroom Powder: 2 tea spoon
Vegetarian Stock: 1 table spoon
Cooking Wine: 2 tea spoon
Rice Wine: 2 tea spoon
Wash watercress, sweet corn, carrot and cut into pieces.
Boil 2 litres of water, add all ingredients into boiling water and boil on low heat for 2 hours.
Turn heat down, add seasonings and cook for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
