you will receive two confirmation!
First confirmation - We will first
contact you via both e-mail and phone to confirm the receipt of your order and
delivery details. Second confirmation - To avoid any problems during
the delivery, you will receive a second phone call right before delivery of your
package.
We will display "Sold Out" once
item is purchased. However, there may be occasions
where we are not able to provide prior "Sold
Out" information. Upon receiving your
order, we will inform you via email/phone should
your ordered item is sold out.
NOTE : Goods / Item sold are not refundable.
Condition
of all items are checked before putting up of sale.
Condition of second-hand items - Please
be prepared that for old editions of books and
CDs' (paper material), the materials might yellow
with age.
For Delivery and Self
Collection - Please kindly inspect the items upon receipt. No refund once
items are checked and accepted. For Post - Please check the state
of items upon their arrival. In event you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect
item, it may be returned within 2 days, and full refund will be given. Email us
to arrange a return. Goods returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled
