Using the Bene-Tan.com website couldn't be easier. Select items by adding to your Shopping Cart. Once you have completed your order, go to view your Shopping Cart where you can either remove items you don't want and/or continue on to process the order. Once you have placed your order by entering your information into the selected fields, you will then be directed to our secure server to enter your credit card details. As soon as this is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and your order will be dispatched immediately.
Please make sure to have added our email addresses to your email safe list. Check your junk mail folder if you still haven't received any email confirmation from us as there is a high chance for all system-generated emails to be wrongly directed there.

Bene-Tan.com stock all our items in great depth, monitoring and updating our web site constantly, so it is very unlikely. If a problem does occur you will be contacted immediately and informed of the potential delay. At this stage we would always offer you the option to cancel if you so wished.
We accept payment via Credit Cards with Visa and MasterCard logos. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, and purchase orders, CODs or CyberCash.
For local Singapore customers, we accept payment through Internet Bank Transfer.

Bene-Tan.com offers delivery to more than 50 countries around the world. Please check with us at sales@bene-tan.com, if you are not able to select your desired countries to send the items to.
Due to shipping restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box and AFPN addresses.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped, along with a package tracking number, with which you will be able to track your order.
A single combined payment will ensure a single package. A new order will mean a new package so make sure you combine your orders in a single payment so as to save you on shipping cost!
Bene-Tan.com delivers to all addresses in Singapore except to P.O. Boxes. SingPost non-registered mail is used for local delivery. Please note that we are unable to do a Track & Trace for any non-registered mail. To be able to Track & Trace a local order, we suggest delivery via registered mail at an additional cost of SGD2.20
We charge a cost as low as SGD$2.50 for local delivery. Our delivery cost is derived based on the total weight of your order. Please note that the cost listed below is applicable only to local Non-registered mail. Simply add SGD2.20 to the rates for registered mail. SingPost delivers local mail within 1 to 2 working days.

The recipient may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.

For some oversized or heavy items, we charge a Fixed Shipping Rate. You'll find the total shipping cost for these items listed as part of the product description.
If you qualify for a free gift with your purchase, we ship the gift free of charge.
Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be shipped as scheduled. A 20% processing fee will be charged if for some reason, we allow an order to be cancelled. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
Currently, Bene-Tan.com does not do any refunds, but will gladly replace any item that is faulty* or is not what you originally ordered. If something is not right, let us know immediately. Email us at sales@bene-tan.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement. Do not return goods without authorization, since sometimes it may be that only technical advice is needed.
Should the product need to be returned, the customer will bear the return delivery charge to Bene-Tan.com and Bene-Tan.com will pay the delivery charge to send the item back to you. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Goods returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return.
For orders within Singapore, items and unworn merchandise in its original condition* with its attached tags and original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, returned within 7 days of the shipping date will be promptly processed. For international orders, items and unworn merchandise in its original condition* with its attached tags and original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, returned within 21 days of the shipping date will be promptly processed. We cannot refund postage costs on these occasions.
